Delivery Timeline
We typically dispatch orders the next working day. Standard delivery is then completed within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
In rare cases, dispatch may take up to 3 business days depending on order volume or product availability. If your order is subject to any delay beyond this, you will be notified via email or phone.
Planning for a festival or special occasion? Place your order at least 30 days before the required date. For urgent deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Area
We currently ship across India. If your delivery location is not serviceable, we will notify you by email and process a full refund for any unshipped order.
Required Delivery Information
To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please provide the following when placing your order:
- Full name of recipient
- Flat / House / Bungalow number
- Building name
- Road / Street / Marg name
- Mobile or landline number
- Nearest landmark
- Email address
- PIN code
Incomplete or incorrect address details are the most common cause of failed deliveries. Please double-check your information before confirming your order.
Delivery Attempts & Re-Delivery Charges
Our logistics partner will make one delivery attempt at the address provided. A re-delivery fee will apply if the delivery fails due to any of the following:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept the shipment
- Delivery completed to a person or location specifically instructed by the customer
- Incorrect contact details preventing our delivery personnel from reaching you
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil disturbances, or government restrictions
Shipment Tracking
Where available, your tracking number will be emailed to you on the day of dispatch at the email address provided during checkout.
Please note: Shipments dispatched by Nainani Ventures Private Limited / alkalen.com are not insured against loss or damage in transit. We strongly advise you to inspect the parcel before accepting delivery. If you notice visible damage, please refuse the package and notify us immediately.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, government-imposed restrictions, public holidays, or high-demand periods such as festivals. We will keep you informed wherever possible.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Nainani Ventures Private Limited reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that are incorrectly priced or that may adversely affect Nainani Ventures Private Limited or its suppliers and vendors. If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
